What does the Bible say about trusting in princes?

Psalm 146 explicitly commands us not to put our trust in princes or any man, as their breath can leave them at any moment, returning them to the dust. Human beings, regardless of their status, are ultimately powerless and transient; they cannot offer true salvation.
