What must one do to enter the kingdom of God?

Answered in 1 source

To enter the kingdom of God, one must have a clean record, perfect righteousness, and a holy nature obtained through faith in Jesus Christ (John 3:3).

Entering the kingdom of God is predicated upon three essential requirements: having a clean record free of sin, possessing perfect righteousness, and being transformed with a holy nature. A clean record can only come through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ, who paid for our sins. Perfect righteousness is required, which is provided by the imputed righteousness of Christ to those who believe. Additionally, one must be born again, as emphasized in John 3:3, where Jesus states that one must be born of the Spirit to see the kingdom. This is a work of God in the heart of the believer, enabling them to embrace Christ by faith.
