Why is it important to acknowledge our need for God's comfort?

Recognizing our need for God's comfort is foundational for the Christian life, as Paul notes in 2 Corinthians 1:4. This acknowledgment fosters humility and reliance on God, allowing us to understand that we are not alone in our struggles. Furthermore, it positions us to be instruments of His comfort to others.
