Why is it important to bear with weaker believers?

Answered in 1 source

Bearing with weaker believers demonstrates love and fulfills our obligation as strong believers.

The New Testament calls stronger believers to bear the weaknesses of those who are less mature in faith. This responsibility is rooted in love and the understanding that we ought to help our brethren grow without judgment. Paul encourages believers to not please themselves but to seek to uplift their neighbors. When we support weaker believers, we imitate Christ, who bore our sins and weaknesses for our sake. This act of bearing with others cultivates an atmosphere of nurturing and growth, essential for the health of the church.
