How do we know that God is willing to save us?

Answered in 1 source

God's willingness to save is demonstrated through His actions and promises in Scripture.

We can be assured of God's willingness to save by examining the consistent message of the Gospel. Scriptures show that every time individuals approached Jesus for mercy, He responded with compassion, saying 'I will.' For instance, in Matthew 8:3, Jesus cleansed a leper with the words, 'I will; be thou clean.' This illustrates not only His ability but His desire to save sinners. Moreover, in Hebrews 7:25, it is affirmed that He is 'able to save them to the uttermost.' Thus, through His continued invitation to come to Him, we can trust in His willingness to embrace and save even the most rebellious.
