and far. The Lord Jesus Christ be magnified
forever and ever. This is Sinner Saved coming at
you with the following short evangelistic gospel message,

and prayer unto God Most High, the only Holy Father, that His
only begotten Son, Christ Jesus, the Lord our righteousness, be
greatly exalted, that His everlasting gospel be clearly proclaimed,
that the pride of mere flesh and blood men be humbled, and
that His elect saints be greatly encouraged and comforted in these
evil and perilous times. Please consider having paper
and pencil handy to jot down the scriptural references for
your own follow-up study. And so we begin with the weekend
gospel message to follow for all hands. Heads up! Please find
enclosed encouragement in so great salvation by the perfect
and finished work of our Lord Jesus Christ. in saving poor,
needy, and wretched sinners by His sovereign free grace. That
is to say, Almighty God, in His unmerited favor, to save me and
you from our sins and from hell. Zephaniah 1.7, Hold thy peace
at the presence of the Lord God, for the day of the Lord is at
hand. For the Lord hath prepared a
sacrifice. He hath bid his guests. My soul, here is a portion of
God's word which, like the pillar of the cloud in the camp of Israel,
hath a double aspect. It becomes a cloud of trembling
indeed, of darkness, dread, and fear to all who, spiritually
considered, are yet in Egyptian bondage, but a glorious refreshing
light to the people of God. The presence of the Lord God
is a solemn presence to all, and will command silence, yea,
a trembling. The Lord is in his holy temple.
Let all the earth keep silence before him. And is the day of
the Lord at hand? Yea, verily, every day brings
it nearer, every breath, every pulse that beats shortens the
distance. There is, there must be, a day
in which the Lord will judge the world in righteousness and
minister true judgment unto the people. And observe, my soul,
what this blessed scripture adds. The Lord hath prepared a sacrifice,
he hath bid his guests God hath set forth his dear son as a propitiation,
for without shedding of blood there is no remission. He hath
bid his guests, yes, the Lord hath made this a rich feast of
salvation, hath also invited the people he will have to partake
of it. He hath sent out his word, his
servants, into the highways and lanes and hedges of the city
to call them in. And their characters are marked.
They are the poor, and the needy, and the halt, and the blind.
Thousands, answering to this character, are come, have partaken
of the rich feast, and called it blessed. And yet there is
room. My soul, art thou come? Hast
thou accepted the invitation and come under this character?
Hast thou found it blessed? Pause over the inquiry. The reverse
of this will be a cup of trembling, and astonishment, and madness
to all that reject the counsel of God against their own souls,
who are too proud to accept the bidding to the feast of Jesus'
blood, to cleanse them, and too rich in their own eyes to look
for salvation in His righteousness to justify them. That was from

sure. Second Timothy 219. Nevertheless,
the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal. The Lord
knoweth them that are his, and let every one that nameth the
name of Christ depart from iniquity. What great encouragement this
promise is. To every sinner who finds the only hope of salvation
upon this firm and immovable foundation, make no mistake,
this unshakable foundation is the Lord Jesus Christ himself.
Please see Isaiah 28, 16 and 1 Corinthians 3, 11. The Lord
pronounced unto Peter, upon this rock I will build my church and
the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Matthew 16, 18. Notwithstanding all the attacks
of the enemies against believers, in spite of all the doctrine
of false preachers, 2 Timothy 2.17.18, regardless of all the
doubts and fears in the believer's own heart, 2 Timothy 2.13, this
foundation of salvation is certain and sure, because it is all based
upon Christ himself, his magnificent person, his perfect priestly
work. and the glorious atonement for
the sin of his people. He cannot fail, see Isaiah 42,
4. Nevertheless, the foundation
of God standeth sure. Excuse me, friends. Oh, what completeness of eternal
salvation! In eternal security we have in
Christ alone. If this foundation could be removed,
what could we do? However, it stands firm, unchanging,
and sure as the very throne of God upon which the Lord Jesus
Christ is enthroned in total victory over all the opposition. See Psalm 110, 1, Hebrews 1,
3, and Hebrews 8, 1. We know it to be eternally true. Rejoice in it as our only hope
of all salvation and proclaim it as God's truth to all that
will hear. For other foundation can no man
lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians
3, 11. There is not and never will be
in hell a single person who can say that he sought the Lord through
Christ and could not find him. Those who never find mercy in
Christ never seek it. This seeker is always a finder. That was from preacher Milton
Howard. The key to success. I was speaking to a young man
the other day, and I told him that I could tell him the key
to success, and that it works 100% of the time. Now, someone may ask, can there
be such a thing that works 100% of the time, no matter what the
economy is doing? Yes, and it is this, with the
master saying in Matthew 6.33, But seek ye first the kingdom
of God and his righteousness, and all these things shall be
added unto you. God is good for his word 100%
of the time. That was from preacher John Chapman. The body of Christ, 1 Corinthians
12, 27. Now you are the body of Christ
and members in particular. All of God's elect make up the
body of Christ. They are his church. See Matthew
16, 18 in Ephesians 1, 3-6. All who Christ Jesus redeemed
with his precious blood make up the body of Christ. Please
see Acts 20, 28, 1 Peter 1, 18, Revelation 5, 9-12. All who are regenerated by the
power of God, the Holy Spirit, make up the body of Christ. 1
Corinthians 12 13 Ephesians 2 1 through 4 1 Peter 1 23 all who are brought to believe
the true gospel by his grace make up the body of Christ."
Ephesians 119, John 524, Galatians 326. Therefore, any earthly organization
or religious cult that sets itself up as, quote, the body of Christ,
end quote, proclaiming they have authority to put sinners into
Christ, or remove them at their own discretion, preference, and
stating they have power to wash away sin, is truly an abomination
to Almighty God, a complete discredit and denial to the gospel of the
Lord Jesus Christ, and totally contrary to the whole testimony
of God. Excuse me, friends. Salvation,
as it is taught from Genesis to Revelation, is of the Lord
and is all of grace, from election to justification. God's sovereign
love, mercy, and grace are the whole foundation and the wellspring
of all our salvation, sanctification, reconciliation, regeneration,
and glorification. Please see Romans 8, 28 through
30. 1 Corinthians 1, 30-31, 2 Timothy
1, 9, and finally Titus 3, 5-7. And that message was from preacher
Tom Harding. The Believers Walk. The Greek
word penpateo, translated walk, in the New Testament is always
used figuratively in the epistles. It means to live and denotes
the course, tenor, and direction of that life. The believer's
walk is to be such as is honoring to the Lord Jesus Christ and
is to adorn the doctrines of God our Savior. Our walk is not
aimless, neither are we without directions concerning our walk.
When in the scriptures, we are told to walk, we are also given
instruction on how we are to walk, as well as the gospel principles
which motivate our walk. Here are some scriptures concerning
our walk. We are to walk, number one, in
newness of life, Romans 6, 4. Therefore we are buried with
him by baptism into death, that like as Christ was raised from
the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should
walk in newness of life. We are to walk, number two, after
the Spirit. Romans 8.4, that the righteousness
of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the
flesh, but after the Spirit. We are to walk, number three,
in honesty. Romans 13.13, let us walk honestly
as in the day, not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering
and wantonness, not in strife and envying. We are to walk,
number four, by faith. 2 Corinthians 5.7, for we walk
by faith, not by sight. We are to walk, number five,
in good works. Ephesians 2 10 for we are his
workmanship created in Christ Jesus unto good works which God
hath before ordained that we should walk in them we are to
walk number six in love Ephesians 5 2 and walk in love as Christ
also hath loved us and hath given Himself for us, an offering and
a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling Savior. We are to walk, number
seven, in wisdom, Colossians 4, 5. Walk in wisdom toward them
that are without, redeeming the time. We are to walk, number
eight, in truth, 2 John 1, 4. I rejoiced greatly that I found
of thy children walking in truth, as we have received a commandment
from the Father. May Almighty God enable us as
children of light to walk in this manner. That was from preacher
Charles Pennington. God never changes. And God never
changes in His affections for His people or His purpose of
good toward them. It is for this reason and no
other that our salvation is sure and certain. Four thousand years
of human rebellion did not cause God to abandon His promise of
a substitute to redeem His people. And our few years floundering
in this world cannot move him from his purpose grace toward
us. What a comfort! Our salvation is not founded
upon the shifting sands of our righteousness, confessions, or
faithfulness, but on the bedrock of divine consistency. That was

where our Lord Jesus Christ commands, look unto me and be ye saved,
all the ends of the earth, for I am God and there is none else. And our master also says in Matthew
11, 28 through 30, come unto me, all you that labor and are
heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you
and learn of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart. and ye shall
find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden
is light." Friends, it is imperative that you flee to Christ Jesus
today, not tomorrow, for none of us are promised another day on this
planet. Today is the day of salvation. Call upon the name of the Lord
while he may be found and seek him while he is near. Please
take note of Proverbs chapter 1. It's imperative that you flee
to Christ today. Only by being in Christ, the
ark of our salvation, may we be delivered from the fierce
wrath of Almighty God, which is coming soon upon the wicked. This about wraps up this evening's
