Oh, say does that star-spangled
banner yet wave O'er the land of the free and the home of the
brave? He says three times, we're going
to see tonight. He says three times. Revelation 1. Revelation 1 is our forecast tonight. If you're like me, you are still
close to me. watching the events in the world
today. All of this has caused me to
begin to read various passages of Scripture that foretell these
things. There are many. Like I say, there
are so very many I wanted to read. Time wouldn't allow it. Many, many passages. Daniel,
Matthew, So finally, my attention was drawn to Revelation 1. Now, let me say this by way of an
introduction. Far from being a mere bystander or spectator in the world events,
Everything that has happened in history and is happening now
and will happen points to the Sovereign Lord on the throne.
Far from being a bystander, a spectator, everything that has happened,
is happening, and will happen points to him. But it's hidden,
and that's why this is prudent. It's hidden from the world. We
saw there Daniel, where it says, The wicked are those outside
of Christ. They don't understand. Why do these things happen? History points to His first coming. History up until He came points
to His first coming. He came. And the present time
now and future events points to His return. That's what it's
all about. That's what this whole shooting match is all about.
We'll see that. And for those who know Him and
wait for Him and love Him, this is really good news. I was talking
to Brother Leiter. We were discussing the events
and things and looking at Scripture together, and he said, you know,
it's really exciting. He said, never before have I
been more convinced of His imminent sure return than now. I'll tell
you why in a little bit. Let's look at it. Revelation
1, verse 1, the revelation, the
revelation of Jesus Christ. Now, most people mispronounce
this book. It's not revelations, and that's
by design, because it's the revelation. Everything in this book is a
revelation of Christ, His first coming and His return and His
salvation. It's the revelation. It's all
about Him. The Revelation of Jesus Christ. You see that? Everything in this
book and everything in the previous sixty-five. Everything in all
sixty-six first books, Christ said, they are they which testify
of me. So the whole book is the Revelation
of Jesus Christ. I mean Genesis the Revelation. It's the Revelation. That's important. It sure is. And notice it says,
The Revelation. That means there's no other.
There are no lost books. Nobody has found a new book since
this was recorded 1,930 years ago. There hasn't been a new
book. The Book of Mormon is an absolute
lie. There are no books. This says,
The Revelation. This is it. The revelation. See that? The very first word,
Barbara. The revelation. There's no other. I was pointing
out to one of the brethren in the book of Jude, just the book
right before that, Enoch. Or Jude talks about a book of
Enoch. He said in the book of Enoch,
we don't have a book of Enoch. But Jude talks about it. Why
don't we have a book of Enoch? Because it's not a part of God's
Word. Even though a Jew talked about
it, we don't have it. God didn't intend for us to have
it. It's not part of the Word. Neither is any other so-called
new book a part of God's Word. This is the bread of life. See
that? Just like there are no more prophets,
there are no more prophets. Since Christ, that's the prophet,
okay? You understand? That prophet,
Christ is called that prophet, the one to end all prophecies,
the one to whom all prophecies speak. The testimony of Him is
the spirit, the essence of prophecy. And there are no more apostles,
there are no more revelations. This is the revelation. Got that? All right. The revelation of
what? Of Jesus Christ. The revelation, singular, of
Jesus Christ. Turn to Ephesians 1. Ephesians
1. Now, this is wonderful. Ephesians
1. All things from beginning to
end are a revelation of Jesus Christ. Nothing is removed from Him.
There's nothing apart from Him. There's nothing that has ever
happened, is happening, or ever will happen, that doesn't somehow
or another point to Him. Let me show you that from Ephesians
1, verses 9 through 11. Now, God has made known unto
us the mystery of His will, not wills, will, one will. Not revelations, revelation. God has made known unto us the
mystery of His will. God has one essential will. It is what He has purposed and
willed in Himself before time and again. This is it. This is
the will of God. You remember when Christ said
that to John? He said, This is the will of
God. Now, the good pleasure which
he has purposed in himself, that in the dispensation of the fullness
of times he might gather together in one all things, everything
will be wrapped up in Christ, both which are in heaven, which
are on earth, even in him, in whom we've obtained and so on
and so forth. It's all in him. And if you keep your mind focused
on Him, you know all things. That's the
reason the Scripture said, they who are spiritual understand
all things. We have the what? Mind of God. Are you with me? If you'll pay attention tonight,
you'll get something, all right? God created this planet. The
people on it, and everything that has transpired, is transpired,
and will ever yet transpire, to show forth the glory of His
Son. God created this planet, and
the people on it, and everything that has happened, is happening,
and will happen, is somehow or another showing forth the glory
of His Son. That's why He created it, for
His glory. to show forth the glory of His
grace. That's what it says in Ephesians
1, three times, to praise the glory of His grace. Do you want the meaning of life?
Do you want the meaning of life? I'll
tell you the meaning of life. There's a great secret. You ready? The meaning of life. Everybody's searching for it. Jesus Christ said, I am the life. That's the meaning of life. That's
why life exists here. That's why you exist here. It's
a no game. And someday we'll be over before
we start. That's the meaning of life. Christ
said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. Listen to this,
John 3.35. The Father loved the Son. The Father loved the Son. Romans 8.39 says, The love of
God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. The love of God is
in Christ. God doesn't love anybody outside
of Christ. All right? The Father loveth
the Son. There's nothing that no one worth
loving but Him. He's altogether loving. The Father
loveth the Son and hath given all things into His hand. All things. He's the one doing
all things. All right? Now, read on. The revelation of Jesus Christ.
Revelation 1. The revelation of Jesus Christ,
which God gave unto him... See how God has given all things
unto his Son. He's the Judge, the Lord of heaven
and earth. All right? Look at it. God gave
it to him to show unto his servants. things which must shortly come
to pass. God gave to him to show to who? His servants. Who understands
these things? The man that reads carefully,
that digs and searches and studies and gets his degree and prays
through. It's the revelation of Jesus
Christ. It's his to reveal. He said, I thank Thee, Father,
You've hidden these things from the wise and the prudent and
revealed them unto faith. No, but listen to this. Look,
I want you to turn. Matthew 11. Matthew 11. Don't
take my word for it. Let's look at it. Matthew 11. This is powerful. This is powerful,
people. No, very few people see and know
these scriptures. Blessed are your eyes, they see
you. Blessed are your ears, they hear you. Blessed is your mind
and heart, they understand you. Look at Matthew 11, verse 27.
Now this is right after he said he rejoiced that the Father hid
these things from the wife of the Lord. Verse 27, all things
are delivered unto me in the Father, my Father. All things.
All things. Because this is nothing that
Christ doesn't have in His hand, He doesn't control. Nothing.
No one. From a fly to a terrorist. You hear that? All things are
delivered unto me by my Father. Is that what it says? We don't... No man knoweth the
Son, but the Father. Well, we got Jesus all figured
out, don't we? No man knoweth the Son. They didn't know Him
when He came. They don't know Him now, Barbara.
They don't know Him now. That's why they're still calling
Him Jesus. They don't fear the Lord sitting
on the throne, in whose hands our breath is consuming fire,
whose throne to come hasn't consumed anybody. That's why they're still
calling Him Jesus. You don't know. No man knoweth
the Father, or the Son, but the Father read on. No man, and neither
knoweth any man the Father, sayeth the Son, and he to whomsoever
the Son will reveal him. Who knows God? Whoever Christ
reveals about Him. You see that? That's the Word
of Christ. No matter what anybody says.
All right, so Christ directs the revelation. This is the revelation
of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him to show unto his servants
who he chose, who he elected. We don't have a problem with
that, do we? It's just so. Who he chooses. He said, he didn't choose me,
I chose you. You didn't figure God out. I
revealed it. All right, so Christ sovereignly
reveals these things, this revelation to His servant. All right, look
at it. Verse one again. Things which
must shortly come to pass. Did you hear that, Karen? Things that must shortly come
to pass. When was this written? Nearly
two thousand years ago. Must shortly come to pass. That was nearly two thousand
years ago. Must shortly come back. So are
you with me? All right? Now look at verse
nineteen. He says to John, write the things, write these things. Now remember the time, the context
here. Remember this is nearly two thousand
years ago. Our Lord said to John, verse
19, "...write the things that thou hast seen." What's that? That's more than 2,000 years
ago, right? 3,000, 4,000. Old Testament times. Things that John saw and heard
from the prophets. Old Testament time. Things which
you have seen, all right? Read on. The things which are.
When is that? Two thousand years ago. That's
the things that are. That's the things that were right
then, present, past. And look at this. And the things
which shall be hereafter. Are you with me? of the revelation, it's already
taken the form. Do you see that clearly? Don't
you see that clearly? Most of Daniel, Ezekiel, this
is the revelation, Matthew 24, taken like that. Get it? And the reason the world keeps
looking for future, future, future, future, is they don't understand. It's hidden from them. Our Lord
said that. All right, look at verse one.
And we'll deal more with that as we go on. All right, now,
He sent and signified it, the revelation, by His angel unto
His servant John. Who this angel was, we don't
know. We just know it was another one of the prophets. Remember? John fell before him and he said,
don't do that. I'm a prophet. I'm just one of
your brethren. That's who this angel was. All
right, verse 2. John bare record. All right, here's what John bare
record of. Or that is, bore witness of. This is what John's testimony
was. What is it? Something new. Okay, the Word of God. John didn't say anything different
than Daniel had already said a long time before. Ezekiel. The record of the Word of God.
Read on. And what? The testimony of Jesus
Christ. That's seduction. Jesus Christ. This is what John came for with
Barabbas. The Word of God, what God said
concerning His Son, read on, and all things that He saw. All
right, let's look at these three things real quick. It says that
John came to bear witness of the Word of God. Well, let's
listen to John, what he said, in the beginning was the Word
of God. What is the Word? The Bible. It's personal. The Word was with
God, and the Word was God. Verse 14, And the Word was made
flesh and well among them, and we beheld His glory, the glory
as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth,
as we saw Him today. He bore witness of the Word of
God, which is Christ, the Gospel of Christ, and all that He saw. John said in 1 John 1, We touched
Him, and we've had the Word of life. Testimony of Christ, this
is it. In John 21, this is the testimony. The testimony of Jesus Christ
is it. It says, verse 24, this is the
disciple which testified of these things, and wrote these things,
and we know that his testimony is true. And this is what he
said in his epistle, this is the record. This is the testimony. This is what I had to study,
John said. Nothing new. He that hath a son hath what? Life. He that hath not a son
hath not life. He's dead. The meaning of life? The meaning of the revelation? It's a person. It's all about
the same thing that the previous 65 books are all about. I look
at our text now, verse two, he bore record of each thing. Verse
three, blessed is he that readeth, that they that hear the words
of this prophecy. and keep those things which are
written therein, for the time is at hand. Blessed is he that
readeth, layeth it here, and keep those things which are written,
for the time is at hand. That means it's very near. Blessed
is he that readeth. What a blessing it is for you
to sit there with this Bible in your lap. It's a great blessing. Not only to have it, but to be
able to read it. I know you've met people that
are illiterate, people that cannot read. What a blessing it is to
read. To read this, to have this, a
copy of this book. Blessing and blessing. But now,
blessed are they that hear the words of this book. You are right
now hearing what God uses. It pleased the Lord by the foolishest
preaching to save them that grieve. How shall they hear without a
preacher? It said. Faith built by hearing. Hearing
by the words of God. Preaching of the gospel. The
gospel you heard. The gospel of your salvation. The gospel of what a blessing
it is for you to hear what you're hearing right now. If you want
to know how much a blessing it's given, go somewhere else next
Sunday. and you'll quickly see what you're
not hearing, and be thankful for what you are hearing. It'd
be like, if I had to marry someone who couldn't cook a leg, I would
really miss my wife. Really. The less that they could
hear these words, hear, and keep, but more important, It's a blessing
to read it, it's a blessing to hear it preached, but this keeping,
this keeping is all through the scriptures. Christ said, Blessed
are they that keep my words, he that keepeth my words, he
that is above them. What does that mean? It means, well, there's my daughter, I'm
going to keep her. I'm okay. I'm not going to let
go. At least until some guy takes
her away from me. We all say, I love her. She is
dear to me. She's precious to me. I will
lose her. I lay hold on her all the time.
I hug her. I put my arm around her. I lay hold on her. And that's what it means to keep
God's Word. You found a treasure. You've
found something sweeter than honey, something more enriching
than gold, and you lay hold on this. Lay hold on eternal life
is what you lay hold on. And you can have the world, you
can have everything else. You intend to keep this. You
can have everything else, lose everything else, lose your life,
but don't lose this. Keep it. See, that's what they
do. That's what they do. Lay hold on it. Cry. Things that
are written therein. Time is at hand. See that? Time is at hand. Now, look at
this. Chapter 3. Chapter 3, verse 11. We sang
these songs. Do you understand what you sang?
You sang with... We understand. Verse 11. Chapter 3, verse 11. Our Lord
said, Behold... Behold. That means, listen up
now. When our Lord says, Behold, that
means, now sit up and pay attention. Like when he says back in Isaiah,
see now, see now. You better see this, you better
understand. Behold, you better behold it.
I come quickly. Hold that. You see that verse
11? Hold that past which thou hast. What will a man give in exchange?
When it's all said and done, there's nobody who's ever lived
that will take anything in salvation. Even the damned would give up
words, all that they ever had to have. But everything produces dust. Haven't we seen that? Everything
produces dust and ashes. And chapter 22. Chapter 22. I
don't want to say it just three times. Chapter 22, verse 7. Chapter
22, verse 7. I come quickly. Blessed is he that heeth the
sayings of the prophecy of this Lord. Verse 12, he says it four
times, right? Behold, I come quickly. My reward is with me. Look at verse 20. He which
testifieth these things saith, surely I come quickly." And he
would hear it say, amen. He would say, oh, come. You're just saying that. Did
you mean it? Come quickly, come. Come quickly, come. All right,
back to chapter one. Quickly. Quickly, it states. He said it that way two thousand
years ago. He said that back 2,000 years
ago. I mean 2,000 years ago. That's
how quickly. Seven years in, gone. Quickly, what is your life? Pain. We live with it for years and
years, and it goes on and on and on. Come on. Twinkle in the
night. This is that one question. Right? Yes, blessed for all time
and eternity are all those whom God hath chosen, whom Christ
hath renamed, whom His Spirit hath revealed Christ to. And it will be known soon who
knows Him, or known by Him. Now, the next five verses, the
next five verses, verses four through eight, are blessings for believers and
woe for unbelievers. I want everybody to read it.
Everybody look at it. The next five verses are blessings
for believers, but indescribable woe for unbelievers. We all do
well. This is very careful. All right, verse four. John to
the seven churches. Stop right there. Those just
look pretty good. Believers. God doesn't have anything
to say to unbelievers but bow, believe Him, and no promises. Nothing but what? This is written
in the churches, and the revelation is to the church. You see that? The revelation is to His people. Supreme revealed us to the Church,
and it's hidden from the world. That's why he said, you've heard
him, he said that if this world is not preaching the gospel as
it's revealed in the other sixty-five books, the gospel, Paul says,
the one true gospel, our gospel. Paul said, any man preach any
other gospels? And that which we have preached, which you have
heard, be gospel. If they're not preaching the
gospel from Genesis 1, they surely will not stand revelation. If the gospel is hid from them,
they don't have a clue about the prophecy of this book. You
know? So don't listen to anything anybody's
saying about the revelation. I don't care how good it sounds,
how oppressive it is. the movies and all that you're
seeing, if they're not preaching the gospel, if they're not preaching
the sovereign God, the holy God, if they're not preaching sovereign
grace, sovereign mercy, the gospel, you know what I'm talking about,
the gospel, the one you hear, the one you know, the one this
book preaches, they don't have a clue about it very much. I
mean, damn it, they don't have a clue. God's not going to all
of a sudden reveal prophecies to them. They don't know who the Mason
is. They're worshiping the Mason. This is what Brother Nigert and
I concluded, is it's not the calamities and the tragic events
and all that necessarily point to Christ coming. It's this worldwide
ecumenical movement, people. It's religion all getting together. This is what points to the absolute,
imminent, and soon return to Christ, the worship of the beast.
What's that? Some big horned thing that's
going to know religion. They're all in bed with the whore.
They're all in bed together with the great whores. That's the
false church. That's the beast that everybody's
bowing down to and worshiping. Whether it be Roman Catholic
or Muslim, they're all worried that nobody denies anything.
Any religion, they're all in it together, they all believe
the same thing. They compromise the truth for the sake of whatever
faith it may be. That's the beast that this world
worships. And everybody is worshiping.
They're all bound to do it. But not like, but not like Shadrach,
Meshach, and Abednego. And so they're going through
the fire of earnestness. And they're hated by all these
Babylonians. Everybody hates them, turns them
in, the true worshippers of God. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.
The worshippers of the true religion of God, while everybody else
is worshipping the great image. Beast religion, false religion.
That's what causes fear. When they say, The end is, we read, where the
power of the Holy One spreads all over the earth, the gospel. He said, in Matthew 24, when
we preach of all this, he said the end comes. To the churches. I am talking
to the churches. This is written to the churches. You see that? I've written to
these mockers and scoffers and all that. Look at what he says
to the church, verse 4. Grace be unto you, and peace
from him. Grace be to the churches. Peace
be to the churches. Why? For what is this grace? Salvation by grace. All those
who believe that. Peace with God, not just with
a peace man. for these, peace which Christ
gives. Not peace we make, peace Christ
makes. Peace. Come Him. You see that,
where it comes from? Come Him. Who is this? It's Him which is. It's Him which
was. It's Him which is God. of the seven Spirits which are
for His throne. What are those seven Spirits?
I don't know. Neither does anybody. I would say it has to do with
God's omniscience and omnipresence and all that. I don't know. Nobody
else does it. But it has something to do with
His Holy Spirit and His perfection. This is from Him, the Eternal
One, which is, which was, which is to come, the Eternal One.
There was a baby born a few years ago, 2,000 years ago. But no,
that's not, that's just a body. It's just a baby. The Eternal
Son was with the Father, Proverbs 8 says, coming together. That
is His divinity before the world, the foundation of the world.
Christ was called the Lamb that's slain before the foundation of
the world, the Eternal One. Well, there was a man who died
on a cross there in 2003. His body died,
his God-nature died, his son's God-nature died, he healed us. He said, I lived forever. He
said, I'm healed from the first 18 to 11. I was dead, but behold,
I'm alive forevermore. And which is to come, a man in
heaven the first time, and we'll see more than a man in the next
time. And you want the description
of him in the following verses. Verse 5, from Jesus Christ. Now, here's the description of
him. Who is the faithful witness? Faithful witness of Christ himself
said no man has seen God at any time. No man has seen God at
any time. Christ said that. No man has
seen God at any time. The only forgotten son which
is in the bosom of Christ, he has declared that. No man has
seen God at any time. No man ever before saw God. If we will see God, God is the
Spirit, who are we going to see? Joe said, I'm going to see God.
Joe said that, I'm going to see God. And only the God of the
Son, that's the clarity. Who? We're going to see Christ. He is God, the very God, the
very God. Anybody who denies Jesus Christ,
He's the faithful witness. He's the only faithful witness. He's the only one who's seen
God. He's the first-forgotten, you
know, the first-forgotten of the dead. He's the first to rise
from the dead. Our Lord raised the Son from
the dead. He raised Lazarus from the dead,
He raised Tabitha from the dead, but He's the first to rise from
the dead in sin, as if as born from the dead, begotten from
the dead. He's the first one, and what He shows us is He's
Lord over sin. And all of His children are going
to follow the same. All of His children. He's the
first. And all of us are going to do just like He did. We're
going to rise. Yes, he's mine, real. And it
says he's the prince of the kings of the earth. That means he's
king of kings and lord of lords. Now, John gives this tribute,
this wonderful tribute, unto him that loves us. Who? Churches. See that? Who's that written there? Unto
the churches. Unto him that loves who? The
churches. God does not love every human
being. You don't send to hell people you love. You don't destroy
people you love. It's us, other humans who
love us. I don't know if this is talking
about the civil body. There's a people which no man
can love. As the sands of the sea, as the stars of the sky,
no man can love them, but God loves them. God's love is nothing. He calls them all by name. He
calls His people by name too. He's got them out there in the
breastplate. He's got them in His right hand. He called every name before the
Father when He died for them. Laid off the sins of their children. Of Him that loved us. Who's that?
Those in Christ. Church. And washed us from our
sins. Who's us? The Church is. You see that? Washed us from
our sin. How? In His own blood. It's the
blood that makes the tongue of the soul. It's the blood that
makes the possibility of the coming of the Son. Is that what
it says? Does it say He entered into the Holy Place once for
all? Has He made salvation possible? Is that what Hebrews 9 and 12
says, John? Has He made salvation possible?
That's what people really say. That's antichrist. That's Black's
point. It says he entered into the holy
place once with his own precious blood, having obtained eternal
redemption, or us. Who's the us? Find out who the
us is, and that's who he saved. That's what the Church is. unto him that loveth us, and
watcheth us from our cross. There is no judgment for God's
people. When Christ comes, there will be a second of fear, not
one moment's fear, instantaneous joy." Well, where was he? Verse 6, "'And hath made us kings
and priests unto God and his Father.'" Hath made us kings.
What does that mean? Well, Adam was a king. Well,
then, when God created this earth, He made Adam the ruler over it,
Adam the eater, ruler over it. He was a little king, a little
prince, and we know that he was the king of kings, was he or
was he not? But Adam, when the gospel makes
him his heir, he's his right hand, and with us all, he's his
right hand, and we're all going to reign with him. I don't understand
that book. That's the best I can do. All
right, read on. And priests, I do know what this
is. Has made us priests under God. Back in Old Testament days,
in Old Testament days, there was one high priest, right? One high priest who, by himself,
nobody with him, by himself, went into the Holy of Holies
through the veil of blood and a mason, which he had shed with
his own hands, that lamb's blood, and took it in that mason, and
went in through that veil. and the Holy of Holies were in
the shadowed presence of God himself, and with that blood
of mercy seen for the redemption of transgression, for the redemption
of his people, for the covering of iniquity, one great high priest
who alone offered that sacrifice. But out there on the outside,
out there in the courtyard, there's people chopping wood, and people
making bread, and people washing dishes. Peace. People are raising
their crowns. These planes are in. They were
called priests. What did they do? They were all,
no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no Well, we're priests. And all
those that are about the Father's business, all those who are priests
unto God, are about the things of Christ. That's what they do. That's what they do. They study
Him. To Him be glory. To Christ be
the glory. Him that loveth and swatheth
His latest kings and priests. To Him be glory and dominion
forever and ever. Wait a minute, I left out a word.
Somebody say it. I don't care. Lay with me and
say it. Amen. Amen. I love that word. It's all through the scriptures.
I love to say it when a man is sleeping. Don't say it unless you need
it. When a man's preaching, what he's preaching, it just, it just
joins, rejoices your heart, and you just, you just agree with
it completely, and it just blesses your soul, and you just, your
heart's bubbling up, and you say, I'm gonna keep quiet, and
then you say, I just can't keep quiet, and you say, hey! That
means, I agree. That means, that's the way it
is. It means, so be it. It means,
God is true. That's what the amen means. You say amen to everything you've
heard us on. That's what the amen said. Amen. Let's be all men. down from his
people again. Verse 7, Behold, he comes with
clouds. Every eye shall see. Behold,
listen up, look up, he comes with clouds. What do you think
of when it's funny? I hope it leaves something in the
air after we've studied that passage where Remember when our
Lord looked up to him and he said, Father, glorify thy name.
And the Father said, I have both glorified it, and I will glorify
it again. And the next verse says, Son,
say unto them. In other words, what everybody
else heard was thunder. But what we got in on,
What we heard the Father say was, I have glorified it in thy
name, in my name, and I will glorify it in thy name. So every
time it comes, I want you to thank Him. Oh, and God just said,
I glorify thy name. So when you see clouds, next time you see clouds, you
should thank Him. Revelation 1 verse 7, Behold,
he comes. Kind of clouds, and you see clouds. Think of this. It says in Psalm
104, and I want you to read that too. It says, He maketh the clouds
His chariot. It says in Nahum 1 verse 3, it
says, The clouds are the dust of His feet. The clouds are the dust of His feet.
So when you hear His thundering and lightning, In fact, what he said, when you
see the clouds of dust and destruction, think, he's staring at you. He's sitting on a throne, and
he hasn't moved since he ascended that throne 2,000 years ago.
When he gets up on the throne, he must stare at you. He's going to stand on this earth,
the latter day. He's going to see clouds. He's coming for the
clouds. He's rising with you. When you see clouds, think of
that. He's stirring his feet. He's rising from his throne.
He's getting up slowly. And he's going to fill the earth.
And it's not going to be a secret rapture. Who are y'all next? We know when He comes, there'll
be no driver of that car. We know that. There'll be no
cars, period. Idiots. Secret rapture. Scripture does not say anything
about a secret rapture. Once they get that from Matthew
24, there's one should be in the field, and there's two in
the field, one will be taken. That's already happened. It's
already happened. When Jerusalem was attacked and
said, hey, it's already happened. He said, leave them out. That's
already happened. They fled and fled Jerusalem. No secret
rapture. The scripture said, look at it, verse 7. Look at what
the scripture said. Every eye shall see him. No secret
rapture. He said in 2 Thessalonians 2
that As the lightning shineth from the east to the west, so
shall his return to us. Everybody shall behold him. Everyone shall see him, they
also which pierce him. All kindreds of the earth shall
wail because of him. If so, call me up. Call me up. You need to believe
what the Scripture says. You don't want to say anything else, is that it? Those that
weep now. Here's the key. Those that weep
now, over sin and instead for work. Shall weep no more then? No,
no more weepers, no more tears, those that weep now. The ones
who will never weep again are weak now. They're going to have
to last a while. You hear that? Even if it lasts,
lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts,
lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts,
lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts,
lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts,
lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts,
lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts,
lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts,
lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts,
lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts,
lasts, lasts, lasts, lasts Those who mourn now, our Lord said,
let's just say they didn't mourn. Did they? They should be comforted. Oh, what a comfort. They'll never
mourn again. That's true comfort, isn't it,
Max? When you'll never mourn again. And some things now in
this life which we cannot, David says they're due to be comforted.
And some things, the mourning will never pass completely, but
until. They will be comforted. They will be comforted. They've got to be comforted. All the hindrance of the earth
shall wail at us. Those who scoff and mock now
shall wail then when they see Him. Where is the promise of
this kind? 2 Peter 3. Where is the promise
of the coming? All things continue as they were
in the past. When they should say peace, there
is a certain idiosyncrasy, a certain distraction, that should come
upon them. That is a bad idiosyncrasy. All
hindrance isn't that I want, over your suffering, over the
world you trace that. And you know I'm not, people,
I'm not making light of anyone's sorrow or death. It's not a flippant thing. It's eternally serious, sobering,
beautiful. You understand that. But isn't
it I want? Well, our Lord says in verse
8, I am out, so don't make us. The beginning and the ending.
What's all this about? He's the beginning and the ending. And all in Him. Right. He's the
beginning and the ending. I'm the Lord, which He is, and
which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. Oh, do you understand
that? if you know Him. And that is
what He said in Isaiah 43. He said, I've chosen you of all
the people on earth, I've chosen you that you might know Me and
understand that I am He. Besides Me, there's no other
God. I am He. I am the Lord. I will work with you on that. I'm a person. And all things
will be gathered together in one, all things, in Christ. You rejoice in that. Even so,
I can sit up so quickly. Amen. While the world was wailing,
we sorrowed not, as though we had no hope, we had to break
up. All will be gathered, eventually, even self-sufficient. All right,
let's stand. Our Father calls us to hear these
words with more than our outward ears, cause these things to sink,
like you said, let these things sink down deep within, take root,
cause us to wait, let this be the oil in our lamps, dear Lord,
let us not be as the foolish bride if we have no oil, let
this be the oil, the oil of your spirit, the oil of your words,
fill up our vessel, and we might Our Lord is coming, but that
day might not overtake us. As it be, the best of the day is watching the way. We say, behold, but we say, even
so, come quickly, the Lord is coming. I'm not going to lie, I'm not
going to lie. Thank you very much. I don't know if I'm going to
be able to do it. you. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Thank you very much. Okay. Thank you. Okay. All right. Okay. Okay. Okay. Thank you very much. Okay. Thank you. I'm going to go ahead and turn
it off. All right. Thank you very much. uh... Thank you. Okay. I'm going to go ahead and close
the door and turn the light off. I'm going to go ahead and close
the window. I'm going to go ahead and get
started. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Thank you very much. I don't know. I don't know. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. All right. you.
