How can believers be sure that God will provide their needs?

Answered in 1 source

Believers can trust that God will provide their needs because He has promised to supply them abundantly through Christ.

The assurance that God will provide for believers is founded upon His promises in Scripture. In Philippians 4:19, Paul writes, 'And my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.' This promise stems from the understanding of God's character as a loving Father who cares for His children and knows their needs. Additionally, Jesus Himself reassures believers that He is the source of all that is needed for spiritual life (John 10:10). As believers partake in the Gospel and share it, they find that their supply is never exhausted, reflecting the nature of God's grace which continually abounds in our lives.
