How can Christians apply Paul’s teaching about eating and drinking to their daily lives?

Answered in 1 source

Christians can glorify God in their everyday routines, including eating and drinking.

Paul's exhortation to 'do all to the glory of God' extends even to the most ordinary aspects of life, such as eating and drinking. This principle can transform mundane activities into acts of worship. When we eat and drink, we can do so with gratitude, recognizing God’s provision and goodness. Every meal served is a reminder of the spiritual sustenance we receive from Christ, who is likened to the bread of life in John 6:35. By consciously dedicating these daily actions to glorifying God, we express our dependence on Him and acknowledge His sovereignty in every area of our lives. Thus, these common acts become opportunities to demonstrate our faith in Him and testify of His grace.
