How can Christians maintain hope in a mixed-faith marriage?

Answered in 1 source

Christians are encouraged to maintain their marriage with an unbelieving spouse for the hope of salvation for that spouse and their children.

In circumstances where one partner is an unbeliever, Paul teaches in 1 Corinthians 7 that if the unbelieving spouse is willing to stay, the believing spouse should not leave. This is crucial as the presence of a believer in the home acts as a sanctifying influence, providing the children the opportunity to hear the gospel and be set apart from the world. The passage encourages believers to strive for peace and unity in the marriage, embracing the hope that God can work through their faithfulness.
