Being assured of one's election by God is often a fruit of genuine faith, evidenced by a desire to follow Him wholeheartedly. If you find yourself seeking God's truth, acknowledging your need for His grace, and longing for a relationship with Him, these are indications of His work in your heart. Your desire for Christ and His righteousness marks you as one of His chosen people, as shown in Isaiah 43:1, where God assures Israel of His personal claim and love for them.
