How can I be sure I will be saved?

Answered in 1 source

You can be sure of salvation by believing on the Lord Jesus Christ and trusting in His ability to save you.

Assurance of salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ, as indicated in Acts 16:31, where the command is clear: 'Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.' It's not about understanding every doctrine perfectly but trusting that Jesus can and will save you. The believer's faith is placed in Christ's ability and sufficiency, as expressed in 2 Timothy 1:12, 'I am persuaded that He is able to keep that which I have committed to Him against that day.' This assurance is the foundation of Christian hope, an unwavering confidence that leads to the anticipation of beholding God's face in righteousness.
