How can I have peace with God?

Answered in 4 sources

Peace with God is attained through faith in Jesus Christ, who reconciles us to God (1 Peter 3:18).

Having peace with God is fundamentally tied to the understanding of Christ's sacrificial work on our behalf. As highlighted in 1 Peter 3:18, it is through Jesus's suffering for our sins that we can be made right with God. This peace is not based on our works or efforts, but rather on faith in Christ's finished work. When we turn away from our self-righteousness and trust in Him, we experience the peace that comes from being reconciled to God.
