How can man be justified before God?

Answered in 2 sources

Man can only be justified before God through the blood of Christ, which atones for sin and reconciles us to Him.

The question of how man can be justified before a holy God is a central theme in Scripture and is described as the greatest riddle of all ages. Job 25 raises this very mystery: 'How then can man be just with God?' The answer, from a Reformed perspective, is solely through the redemptive work of Christ. As stated in 1 Peter 1:18-19, we are not redeemed with perishable things, but by the precious blood of Christ. This blood not only atones for sin but also provides a perfect righteousness that satisfies divine justice, allowing guilty sinners to be declared just without compromising God's holiness.
