How can one have an experience but remain blind to who Christ is?

Answered in 1 source

Experiencing miracles does not guarantee faith or understanding of Christ's identity.

The healing of the blind man illustrates that one can have a profound experience of God’s power and still remain spiritually blind. As seen in John 9, despite receiving physical sight, the man did not initially understand who Jesus was. Many people can experience miracles yet fail to believe in the true divinity of Christ. This highlights the necessity of a personal revelation from the Holy Spirit to recognize Christ as the Son of God, emphasizing that experiences alone cannot equate to true faith or understanding of salvation.
