How can we actively seek wisdom from God?

Answered in 1 source

Actively seeking wisdom involves cry out to God and searching for it as one would a hidden treasure.

Proverbs 2:3-4 encourages believers to cry out for understanding and search for wisdom as one seeks silver or treasure. This active pursuit reflects a genuine desire to know God and His ways. By lifting our voices in prayer and earnestly seeking, we show God our hunger for His wisdom. This pursuit includes turning away from distractions and focusing our hearts on His truth, which ultimately leads to a deeper relationship and knowledge of who He is.
