How can we be sure that God will complete His work in us?

Believers can rest assured that God will fulfill His promises, knowing that He who began a good work in us will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus. The completion of His work means our ultimate restoration and redemption, affirming that nothing can thwart His purposes for His elect.
