How can we demonstrate God's love to others?

Answered in 1 source

We demonstrate God's love by obeying His commandments and loving one another as He has loved us.

1 John 4:11-12 makes it clear that if God loved us, we ought to love one another. This love is not merely a feeling but is expressed through actions and obedience to God's commandments, which include loving God and fellow believers. The capacity to love others comes from being born of God, as outlined in 1 John 4:7, where love is described as stemming from God Himself. Thus, true expressions of love towards others stem from our knowledge of God's love for us and are rooted in His grace and mercy manifested through Christ. Through this lens, we can actively engage in loving actions, showing kindness, forgiveness, and compassion to others.
