How can we endure suffering according to the Bible?

Answered in 1 source

We endure suffering by placing our faith and trust in Christ, knowing that He is our source of strength.

Enduring suffering is a central theme in the Christian faith, and Scripture emphasizes reliance on Christ as our strength. Paul writes in 2 Timothy 1:12 that despite suffering, he is not ashamed because he knows whom he has believed and has confidence in Christ's ability to keep him. Believers are encouraged to lean on their faith in Christ, particularly during trials and tribulations, as He is both the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). By trusting in His sufficiency, believers can endure hardship, finding peace even in affliction, as they rely on His promises and the transformative power of the Holy Spirit within them.
