How can we find comfort in times of affliction?

Answered in 1 source

We can find comfort in affliction by looking to Christ, who endured suffering and intercedes for us.

In times of affliction, believers can draw immense comfort from knowing that Christ Himself walked through suffering. Psalm 69 vividly describes the depth of His sorrow, yet it reassures us of His faithfulness amidst trials. When we face hardships, we remember that Christ identifies with our pain and offers us His grace and strength. His experience reminds us that we’re never alone in our struggles, for He is continually interceding for us and working all things together for our good (Romans 8:28). This profound truth encourages us to lean on Him and seek solace in His presence during our most difficult times.
