How can we find peace with God through Christ?

Answered in 1 source

We find peace with God through the atoning work of Christ on the Cross, which reconciles us to Him.

Peace with God is established through Jesus Christ’s sacrifice, which addressed the full penalty of our sins. Romans 5:1 states that through faith in Christ, we have been justified and thus have peace with God. This peace transcends our understanding and is rooted in the finished work of Christ, who, while on the cross, absorbed the wrath of God intended for us. As believers, our relationship with God is restored, allowing us to approach Him boldly both in times of need and in thanksgiving, knowing that through Christ, we are no longer enemies but children of God.
