How can we have faith in God?

In Luke 9:3-5, Jesus instructs His disciples to take nothing for their journey, compelling them to rely wholly on Him. In Philippians 4:19, we are reminded that 'my God shall supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.' This encourages believers to depend on God's promises actively and faithfully in their circumstances.
