How can we know God personally according to scripture?

Answered in 1 source

We can know God personally only through His revelation to us by grace.

The personal knowledge of God comes only through His divine revelation as explained in scripture. The Apostle Paul stresses that simply knowing about God through human intellect is insufficient; it requires God's intervention through grace. Jesus Christ serves as the only bridge to a true understanding of the Father, as He declares, 'No man knoweth the Father, save the Son.' This means that a true, saving knowledge of God is compassionate, intimate, and based on the grace extended to us through Christ’s atoning work. Thus, to know God is not merely theological awareness but a deep spiritual relationship manifest through God's initiative.
