How can we know if we are true disciples of Christ?

Answered in 1 source

True disciples continue in Christ's Word and produce the fruits of faith.

As outlined in John 8, true disciples are known by their persistence in Christ's teachings. Discipleship is marked by a commitment to study, understand, and apply God's Word in daily life, leading to transformative changes. Additionally, disciples are recognizable by their works, which align with Abraham's faith; they believe in God's promises and act upon them. This active faith includes a genuine love for Christ and His commandments, setting them apart as His followers. The assurance of one’s discipleship comes from these observable attributes.
