How can we know we are saved according to the Bible?

Answered in 1 source

Salvation is evidenced by ongoing belief and repentance, as well as growth in grace and knowledge of Christ.

The Scriptures provide clear insight into the evidence of salvation. Genuine believers are characterized by their continual faith and repentance and a growing relationship with Christ. In Colossians 1:22-23, it states that believers will be presented holy and blameless if they continue in faith. Furthermore, those who truly belong to Christ will be marked by an ongoing desire for His word, akin to a newborn craving milk. This indicates that the life of faith is not static; it involves a progressive, dynamic growth in Christ.
