How can we practically think on Christ in our daily lives?

Answered in 1 source

We can think on Christ by focusing on His attributes and the truth of the gospel as taught in Scripture, allowing it to influence our actions.

Philippians 4:8 guides us in thinking about whatever is true, noble, just, pure, lovely, and praiseworthy. This practice of focusing on Christ should permeate our daily lives. Meditating on who He is and what He has done helps us maintain a Christ-centered mindset. When challenges arise, we can recall His promises and past faithfulness, directing our thoughts toward Him. This is a critical aspect of Reformed thinking, as it encourages continuous reflection on Christ, bolstering our faith and guiding our actions to be more Christ-like in all situations.
