How can we publicly confess our allegiance to the Lord?

Answered in 1 source

Public confession involves baptism, identifying with His gospel, and living out our faith in community.

Public confession of our allegiance to the Lord is a foundational aspect of the Christian faith. This can be enacted through believer's baptism, which symbolizes our identification with Jesus Christ's death, burial, and resurrection. Moreover, confessing the gospel publicly, as Paul did, means standing firm in God’s truth even when it is deemed heretical by the world (Acts 24:14). Our daily conduct and relationships within the body of believers also serve as testimony to our faith. Engaging in the church community, participating in worship, and being unashamed to hold firm to scriptural truths displays our commitment to being on the Lord's side.
