How can we seek God's face in our lives?

Answered in 1 source

We seek God's face through prayer, worship, and by focusing on His Word.

To seek God's face means to desire His presence and favor in our lives actively. The Psalmist expresses this need, saying, 'When you said, Seek my face, my heart said, Your face, Lord, will I seek' (Psalm 27:8). One practical way to pursue this is through prayer and dedicated time in the Word, seeking to understand His will and character. Additionally, engaging in heartfelt worship is a way to invite God's presence into our lives, allowing us to experience His gracious countenance. As believers, we should not only look for God's face in times of trouble but also in joy, recognizing that He is always near and that His attributes can provide us comfort and guidance in our daily lives.
