How can we trust in God's promises amidst suffering?

Answered in 1 source

We can trust in God’s promises because He assures us of His presence and faithfulness in suffering.

The Lord's promises provide reassurance that He will be with us during times of suffering and adversity. For instance, Isaiah 43:5 encourages us not to fear, for God is actively involved in gathering and protecting His people. Furthermore, the trials we face are part of His sovereign plan to deepen our faith and reliance on Him. 1 Peter 1 reminds us that our faith is being refined through these trials, making it more precious than gold. By recognizing God's hand in our struggles, we learn to trust Him, knowing that He will never leave us nor forsake us.
