How do Christians get spiritual nourishment?

Answered in 1 source

Christians are spiritually nourished through the Word of God, as emphasized in 1 Peter 2:2.

1 Peter 2:2 instructs believers to 'desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby.' Just as infants need physical milk for growth, Christians require the Word of God for spiritual nourishment. This is a continual process; even when we grow and mature in our faith, we remain dependent on the Scriptures. The Word provides the necessary sustenance for growth in grace and knowledge of Christ, enabling us to flourish spiritually and fulfill the calling God has placed on our lives. The nourishment from the Word assures us that God is actively participating in our growth and development.
