How do trials lead to spiritual growth according to the Bible?

Paul, in Romans 5:3-4, tells us that we glory in tribulations because tribulation works patience; patience, experience; and experience, hope. This process teaches Christians to see trials not merely as difficult, but as instruments in God’s hands to shape our character and deepen our faith in Him.
