How do we achieve spiritual maturity according to the Bible?

Answered in 1 source

Spiritual maturity comes from moving beyond foundational teachings and deepening our relationship with Christ.

Hebrews instructs believers to leave behind the elementary principles of faith and press on toward maturity in understanding and practice. This growth is not about abandoning the foundational truths, but rather building upon them in a deeper relationship with Christ. Maturity involves continuous engagement with God’s word, a reliance on His grace, and an active pursuit of faith and good works that reflect our transformation in Him.
