How do we approach conversations with unbelievers?

Answered in 1 source

Conversations with unbelievers should be conducted with grace, kindness, and understanding of their spiritual state.

Paul advises in Colossians 4:5 to 'walk in wisdom toward those who are outside' and to let our speech be 'always with grace.' This means that as Christians, our approach to discussing faith with non-believers should be marked by wisdom and compassion. We must remember that they may be spiritually blind and need grace-filled conversations to come to an understanding of the truth of the Gospel. Being kind and understanding helps to break down barriers and fosters openness, enabling us to share the good news of Christ in a loving manner that reflects the grace we have received.
