How do we bless the Lord according to the Bible?

Answered in 1 source

We bless the Lord through heartfelt praise, honoring Him for His divine attributes and works.

According to Psalm 103, we bless the Lord by worshiping Him with our entire being—soul, mind, and body. This involves praising Him for His holy name, remembering His benefits, and recognizing His sovereignty over all aspects of life. Blessing the Lord is an act of joyful acknowledgment of His mercy and grace, particularly through His redemptive work in Christ. Believers are called to worship not just with words but with sincere hearts, exalting Him continually and reflecting on His goodness. This act of blessing is also a means of reminding ourselves of His faithfulness and grace throughout our lives.
