How do we experience peace in the kingdom of God?

Answered in 1 source

Peace in the kingdom of God is experienced through understanding our righteousness in Christ, which assures us of God’s acceptance.

The peace of God transcends human understanding and is rooted in the believer's justification through Christ. As Romans 5:1 states, 'Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.' This peace is not based on external circumstances but on the internal assurance of being accepted by God due to Christ's righteousness imputed to us. Believers can experience peace even in trials when they focus on the truth of God’s word and His promises, knowing that their standing before God is secure. This spiritual peace is a hallmark of the kingdom, providing joy amidst life’s struggles (Philippians 4:7).
