How do we experience the love of Christ practically?

Answered in 1 source

Experiencing the love of Christ practically involves taking our place as sinners before Him and recognizing our dependence on His grace.

Practically experiencing the love of Christ begins with recognizing our sinful state and our need for His mercy. Rather than approaching Him with presumption, we must understand the humility required in acknowledging our helplessness. This is evident in the parable of the publican in Luke 18:13, who beat his breast and said, 'God, be merciful to me, a sinner.' Such recognition opens the door to experiencing God's grace. As we see our sin for what it is, we also begin to grasp the depth of Christ's love and forgiveness. This experience deepens as we engage with Scripture, prayer, and contemplation of His person, leading us to a vibrant and personal relationship with Him.
