How do we grow in grace according to the Bible?

Answered in 3 sources

We grow in grace by desiring the pure milk of the Word and recognizing our continuous need for God's grace (1 Peter 2:2).

The key to growing in grace is an earnest craving for the Word of God, which nourishes the soul and facilitates spiritual growth. As noted in 1 Peter 2:2, just as infants crave milk, believers are to crave God's Word to grow spiritually. This hunger reflects an awareness of our need for God's grace in our lives, leading to greater humility and dependence on Him. Additionally, as we learn from Scripture, we become increasingly aware of our own shortcomings and the glorious provisions of Christ’s grace, solidifying our growth in grace and knowledge.
