How do we handle persecution as Christians?

Answered in 1 source

The Bible teaches Christians to endure persecution with wisdom and faith, recognizing it as part of their calling.

In Matthew 10, Jesus prepares His disciples for the inevitable persecution they will face as they proclaim the gospel. He instructs them to be wise as serpents and innocent as doves, indicating the need for balance between being shrewd and maintaining purity of purpose. Persecution can come from various quarters, even from within families. Christians are encouraged to fear God above man and to be resilient in their mission. This perspective helps in viewing obstacles as opportunities for greater faith and reliance on God’s strength.
