How do we have access to God's throne?

Answered in 1 source

We have access to God's throne through Jesus Christ, our High Priest.

Hebrews 4:16 teaches that believers can approach the throne of grace boldly, thanks to the sacrificial work of Jesus Christ. The veil in the temple that separated humanity from the Holy of Holies was torn at Christ's death, indicating our new, direct access to God. Our acceptance at the throne is based not on our merit but solely on the righteousness and blood of Christ. This access is a profound truth, enabling believers to come before God with confidence, seeking mercy and grace in times of need. Such intimacy with God reassures us of His willingness to listen and respond to our prayers.
