How do we know all things work for good?

Answered in 1 source

We know that all things work for good because Scripture promises it to those who love God.

The assurance that all things work for good is rooted in the nature of God and His promises. Romans 8:28 tells us that 'all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose.' This indicates that God's actions are driven by His love for His elect and His intent to fulfill His purpose for their lives. Believers can trust in this truth, knowing that God's providential hand is at work in their lives, molding circumstances for their ultimate good and His glory.
