How do we know Christ fulfilled Old Testament prophecies?

Answered in 2 sources

Christ fulfilled Old Testament prophecies through His life and work, demonstrating that He is the promised Messiah.

The fulfillment of Old Testament prophecies is a central argument for the identity of Jesus as the Messiah. In Daniel 9, Gabriel foretold the coming of Christ and the events surrounding His ministry. As evidenced in the Gospels, Christ accomplished all that was foretold, including His birth, life, death, and resurrection. The miracles He performed and the teaching He delivered fulfilled many specific predictions made by the prophets. Thus, understanding Christ's life as the culmination of these prophecies strengthens our faith in His divine mission and identity as the Savior.
