How do we know Christ is central to God's plan of salvation?

The apostle Paul articulates that all the fullness of the Godhead dwells in Christ bodily (Colossians 2:9). This assertion highlights the unique role of Jesus as both fully God and fully man, the perfect mediator who fulfills God's redemptive plan. Solomon's temple, with all its grandeur and sacrificial elements, points to Christ, who is the ultimate sacrifice and high priest. The temple's representations lack the ability to save, whereas Christ's sacrificial death secures redemption for His people. In relying on Christ alone, we access the fullness of God's grace, mercy, and righteousness toward us, establishing Him as the cornerstone of salvation.
