How do we know Christ is formed in us?

Answered in 1 source

Christ being formed in us is evident through total commitment, communion, and conformity to Him.

In his letter to the Galatians, Paul speaks of the deep longing he has for Christ to be formed within believers. This transformation manifests itself through total commitment to Christ, establishing a relationship marked by communion and conformity to His image. This process is an ongoing work of the Holy Spirit in the life of the believer, driving them to love and serve Christ above all else (Galatians 4:19). The evidence of Christ being formed within a believer is seen in their growing affections, desires, and actions that reflect those of Christ.
