How do we know Christ is omniscient?

Answered in 1 source

Christ is omniscient as shown in scripture where He knows the thoughts and hearts of people.

The omniscience of Christ is evidenced throughout the New Testament. For instance, in John 2:24-25, it is written that 'Jesus did not commit himself unto them; for he knew all men, and needed not that any should testify of man: for he knew what was in man.' This demonstrates that Jesus possesses divine knowledge, capable of perceiving thoughts that are not verbally expressed. Likewise, passages like Matthew 9:3 showcase Jesus's ability to discern the unspoken thoughts of the scribes, an act that affirms His divine nature. By knowing everything, including human hearts, Christ affirms His position as God incarnate.
