How do we know Christ is our Ark?

Answered in 2 sources

In the biblical narrative, the Ark represents Christ as the sole refuge from God's judgment, as illustrated in Hebrews 11:7 and 1 Peter 3:20.

Christ is often depicted as the Ark of safety in the face of divine judgment. In Hebrews 11:7, Noah's faith leads him to build an Ark to save his family, which serves as a profound type of Christ. Just as Noah was warned of judgment and acted in faith, Christ, as our Ark, offers refuge from the impending wrath against sin. 1 Peter 3:20 reinforces this by indicating that the Ark was a means of salvation, linking it directly to God's long-suffering and the promise of salvation through faith. Therefore, those who are 'in Christ' are secure, just as those who entered Noah's Ark were spared from the flood.
