How do we know Christ is our full light?

Answered in 1 source

Christ's divine nature and sacrifice confirm He is our full light, illuminating our path to salvation.

Gazing upon the person of Christ reveals Him as our all-sufficient light; His divine qualities and redeeming work collectively declare His glory. The Bible illustrates this by highlighting, for instance, that the heavenly city will need no sun or moon because 'the Lamb is its light' (Revelation 21:23). His righteousness, which is free from flaw, assures believers that in Him, we find not just light, but the source of true life and joy. Ultimately, it is through His sacrificial death and resurrection that we are brought into spiritual enlightenment, allowing us to navigate through a world filled with darkness.
