How do we know Christ is our judge?

Answered in 1 source

Scripture states that all judgment has been given to Christ by the Father (John 5:22).

According to John 5:22, the Father has committed all judgment to the Son, emphasizing the unique authority Christ possesses as our judge. This power is further rooted in his divine nature, as all creation will ultimately confess Him as Lord (Romans 14:11). As believers, we find comfort in the fact that we will be judged on the basis of Christ's righteousness, not our own actions. This assurance calls us to live humbly and serve others, recognizing that our ultimate accountability is to Him.
