How do we know Christ is our refreshment?

In the biblical narrative, Christ is depicted as a source of refreshment for His people. 1 Corinthians 10:4 explains that when the Israelites were in the wilderness, they drank from a spiritual rock that followed them, and that rock was Christ. This signifies that just as physical water refreshes, Christ offers spiritual refreshment.
