How do we know Christ is our Savior?

Answered in 5 sources

We know Christ is our Savior through Scripture, which reveals Him as the ark of salvation and the righteousness of God.

The Scriptures, particularly in Genesis 6 and Matthew 1:21, point to Christ as our Savior. The name Jesus itself means 'God our Savior.' When we examine Noah's story, we see that just as Noah found grace, we too find grace through Christ. He is the true ark willing to save those who believe, distinguishing Him from any self-righteous pursuits. Our righteousness before God is not based on our works but is imputed to us through faith in Christ’s sacrificial and redemptive work.
