How do we know Christ is our ultimate tabernacle?

Answered in 1 source

We know Christ is our tabernacle through His fulfillment of the Old Testament types and His incarnation.

Christ is recognized as the ultimate tabernacle because He fulfilled all that the physical tabernacle represented. John 1:14 states that 'the Word became flesh and dwelt among us,' indicating that Jesus is the embodiment of the tabernacle that God established in the Old Testament. He is God with us—'Emmanuel.' This incarnation signifies that through Christ, God's presence is no longer confined to a physical structure but is available to all believers. As such, Jesus' sacrifice and role as our intercessor solidify His place as our complete and sufficient tabernacle.
